Cloud computing accounts for a growing, yet lagging, percentage of our government’s IT spending. Agencies must navigate sensitive issues such as cybersecurity, privacy, and a complex regulatory environment. Acquiring the cloud has also proven difficult. This contributes to longer than normal lead times, requiring the acquisition team to remain flexible and adaptive.
As part of our mission to develop the federal workforce and advance the acquisition function, we are creating a network of learners to create open solutions to the challenges we face. Through practical challenges and discovery, this learning path will increase individual competencies in solicitation development, contract type, cost & price analysis, and requirements development, with a focus on the market for cloud services.
Participants may earn continuous learning points (CLPs) for completing in-person and online activities. Contact us for more information on CLPs.
